Partnering with McLaren and driven by the legendary Ayrton Senna, Honda dominated motorsport, and the technology, engineering philosophy, and racing spirit from that remarkable partnership were poured into the creation of the first-generation NSX.
At age 14, I knew none of that history. I simply fell in love with its beautiful shape and built a TAMIYA model kit. More than 30 years later, that design has not aged, but it stands out even more elegantly today.
