Introduction

Osaka Expo 2025 Escorted Tour

The last time the World Expo was held in Osaka was in 1970, a time when the nation was in the midst of postwar reconstruction, and society was advancing at an astonishing pace. Over half a century has passed since then, bringing forth previously unimaginable technologies and turning many of the dreams envisioned back then into reality.

How far have we come? And what legacy will we pass on to future generations? We hope that groundbreaking ideas and technologies showcased at the Expo will help connect a beautiful world and vibrant life to the next generation.

The tour fee is 120,000 JPY per group plus 15,000 JPY per person, for up to 5 people including children.
For groups of 6 or more or accommodations outside Osaka, please contact us for more information.

More Information

EXPO 2025

A World Exposition is a hub for innovation, bringing new technologies and products that enhance daily life. Central to this is "Society 5.0," Japan’s national strategy for a human-centered society that balances economic growth with social problem-solving.

It represents the next stage in societal evolution—following hunting, farming, industrial, and information societies—by seamlessly integrating cyber and physical spaces. Utilizing IoT, AI, robotics, big data, and biotechnology, Society 5.0 aims to tackle global challenges and achieve the SDGs.

The "Ring"

The Grand Ring serves as the Expo site's central symbol and, once completed, will be among the world's largest wooden structures. It blends modern construction techniques with traditional Japanese joinery, commonly seen in shrines and temples. Functioning as the main circulation route, it ensures smooth visitor flow while offering shelter from rain, wind, and sun.

The rooftop provides panoramic views of the venue, allowing visitors to take in the surrounding natural beauty. Beyond the ring, sights such as the Seto Inland Sea’s rich landscapes, Osaka’s cityscape, and breathtaking sunsets enhance the experience.

Pavilion

The "Future City" Pavilion at Expo 2025 is a collaborative exhibition presented by the Japan Association for the 2025 World Exposition and 12 leading companies and organizations. Under the theme "Toward a Happy City," it envisions the future of urban living as part of Society 5.0. Here, visitors can embark on an immersive journey through time, experiencing the cities and lifestyles of the future.
